I am a small business owner.  I reached out to Paul to set up a trust for my family and we set a time to meet between he and my wife and I.  When we walk into a meeting to discuss our family, Paul started asking questions about my business.  What he showed me was that I had completely ignored that I also needed a transition plan for my business that was just as important as my family plan.  This business plan would have nothing to do with Holland Law but the man cared enough to bring this to my attention.  He also provided me with a recommendation for a great business law attorney to get those plans created.  For his part, he set up two separate types of trusts for my wife and I, wills, living wills and POAs. When it came time to sign all of our documents, my wife struggled with the living will.  Paul and his team addressed her concerns and we didn't move forward until she was comfortable proceeding with the paperwork.  I wasn't surprised by him but it was still nice to see the empathy that his team displayed in that moment. Following our meeting to sign everything, I had a bunch of questions that popped in my head that I needed to ask.  Paul took the time to go over each question with me and provide direction on the issues that needed further action by me. Holland Law Offices has my highest recommendation for any family looking to make their final preparations and transition plans for long term sustainability of their family's finances.
